The Nigerian Maritime Special Line is a China Nigeria Maritime Double Clearing Special Line service independently opened by EasyAir International. It has offices, large warehouses, customs clearance companies, and logistics distribution companies in both China and Lagos, Nigeria. By fully utilizing the abundant maritime resources in China and Nigeria's strong customs clearance resources, we aim to create a stable and fast shipping schedule, as well as a strong customs clearance dual logistics dedicated line. Achieve a one-stop service of "sea freight", "double cleaning", and "delivery" throughout the entire process. The first journey usually starts from Guangzhou and ends at the port of Nigeria Lagos. After customs clearance, customers can pick up the goods from the Lagos warehouse or deliver them to our company throughout Nigeria according to their needs.
1、 Summary of Nigeria's Maritime Special Line:
Travel range:
The departure port is Nansha, Guangzhou, and the destination port is the Nigerian Lagos port. After customs clearance, it is transported to the Lagos warehouse and delivered to the entire territory of Nigeria;
Logistics efficiency:
Container loading cycle: fixed weekly container loading; Expected time for the entire process: 45-60 days;
Billing standards:
Charge by volume CBM (cubic meter); Cargo type ratio 1:500;
Cargo restrictions:
Can accept general goods, food, chemical, and sensitive goods; Can accept bulk cargo consolidation and full container cargo.
Packaging requirements:
If a single item exceeds 100KG, wooden boxes and pallets (pallets) need to be packed, and a 10CM forklift space is reserved;
● Logistics packaging is required for transportation of goods, and packaging for fragile items needs to be strengthened during transportation. The outer box should be labeled with fragile items;
Customs declaration method:
Can handle entrusted bill of lading customs declaration and separate customs declaration; Separate customs declaration supports tax refund for goods (requiring enterprises to have import and export rights);
Value added services:
Provide agency insurance services: The premium is charged at 0.3% of the declared value of the goods, and the insurance company is Ping An Insurance Company of China or PICC;
● Provide freight in Nigerian currency Naira collect payment;
Provide financial services such as payment collection and exchange on behalf of others;
Other matters:
The destination warehouse has a free storage period of 7 days. If it exceeds one day, a warehouse rent of RMB 20/CBM/day will be charged. If it is less than 1 CBM, it will be charged as 1 CBM. If the goods are not picked up for more than one month, we will treat them as abandoned.
2、 Logistics operation process of Nigeria's maritime dedicated line:
(1) Nigerian sea freight bulk cargo consolidation and double clearance:
1. Preparation materials: cargo markings and warehouse entry numbers;
2. Goods entering the warehouse: After entering the warehouse, data will be measured to check the quantity and confirm with the customer;
3. Sea freight booking: Once our company receives the SO and shipping space, we will proceed with bulk cargo consolidation and container loading;
4. Export customs declaration: There are two types of export customs declaration, one is purchase order customs declaration, and the other is document customs declaration. Customers who need documents for customs declaration need to provide relevant customs declaration materials in advance, and do not need to
By default, our company is responsible for purchasing and customs declaration documents for customers who declare customs;
5. International sea transportation: After customs clearance, the cargo ship sails out of the port;
6. Port clearance: Upon arrival at the destination port, our company usually goes to the port of Apapa in Lagos. Customs clearance and container pick-up upon arrival at the port;
7. Self pickup/delivery: container pickup for transportation to our Lagos warehouse. Customers can freely choose to pick up their goods or provide delivery services, and our company supports delivery throughout Nigeria.
(2) Nigeria Full Container Double Clear:
1. Booking: Confirm the cargo volume, cargo type, container type, port of departure, and destination port;
2. Arrange for the trailer to pick up the container: there is a clear opening time on the SO, and after picking up the container, obtain the container number and seal number for future inquiries on the container's presence information;
3. Container loading: Before loading, prepare a list of goods and confirm the loading sequence with the customs clearance agent in advance for the convenience of subsequent customs clearance;
4. Arrange customs clearance/declaration VGM/bill of lading replenishment according to SO customs clearance time;
5. Confirm whether the copy of the bill of lading is correct and whether modifications are needed, and wait for customs clearance and release;
6. Waiting for the ship to depart, find a booking agent to obtain the OBD bill of lading (sailing bill of lading);
7. Arrival customs clearance and container pick-up;
8. Customer self pickup or delivery throughout Nigeria.
